We use a distributed architecture and industry standard XML/JSON so that we can integrate with any system and work with any vendor that is willing to do the same.
All plans are month-to-month with the exception of customized Enterprise plans. Non-Enterprise plans can be cancelled at any time. The length of an Enterprise subscription is dependent on your requirements and will be discussed during setup.
Standard (non-Enterprise) plans are charged per user. If you are on the Rumzer Basic plan, you can only have one user. If you are on a paid Rumzer plan, you will be charged per user. Enterprise pricing is dependent on your requirements and will be discussed during setup.
Each account/organization can have one or many users - with the exception of the Basic plan (which can only have one user). The account admin for an organization controls the addition and removal of individual users within an organization. The account admin is also able to control a specific user's view/create/approve access to different areas of the application. Note that is possible for one company to set-up more than one Rumzer account/organization (e.g. you could set-up one account/organization for each of your manufacturing divisions) and then to add one individual to multiple accounts/organizations (additional user charges apply). This gives our customers many options to effectively control their workflow.
All payments for non-Enterprise plans are made via credit card. For Enterprise accounts, we can issue invoices with the possibility of payment via ACH, wire, or check.
The Basic plan allows only one user. There is no limit to the number of users an organization can have for non-Basic plans. Note that is possible, should you wish, to set-up multiple accounts/organizations and to assign a single user to multiple accounts/organizations (additional user charges apply).
The short answer is "yes". However, there are some practical concerns you'll need to consider. For example, if the account admin's log-in credentials are shared with someone else, they'll have access to the account's payment information, master settings, user control, etc. Also, it isn't possible for two users to log in simultaneously using the same credentials.
